In the tab Planning you can set the values that are used in the planning view
(see Figure 27, “Planning settings�). The following settings have only effect to the weekly
view (see Section 2, “Weekly overview�).
- Work begin: Insert the hour on which the work begins (default: 08:00).
- Working end: Insert the hour on which the work ends (default: 17:00)
- Begin of week: You can choose the first day of the week. You can choose between Sunday and Monday. This settings has only an effect to the week overview (see Section 2, “Weekly overview�).
- Show Saturdays: If you have chosen this option the Saturday will be displayed in the week overview.
- Show Sundays: If you have chosen this option the Sunday will be displayed in the week overview.
You can change the background color of the appointments. The colors are used in the Gantt view (see Section 1, “Gannt view�) and in the week overview. The Scrum appointments will have by default a yellow background and other appointments a green background.
The configuration of the planning settings will be stored in the file planning.xml
in the configuration folder.
